Giving Thanks

To say my husband and I love Thanksgiving is not enough. We absolutely, positively are 100% smitten with everything Thanksgiving. I can’t wait for the sweet smell of cranberries cooking on the stove, a crock pot bubbling over with the cheesiest macaroni and cheese and a turkey roasting in the oven, complimented by the sounds of Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in the background (my husband would say the sound of the Detroit Lions, since the Pilgrims did bring them to us). There is just something so cozy about this holiday that often goes by in the blink of an eye.

Now don’t get me wrong, Christmas is literally just around the corner and we can’t wait, but most often Thanksgiving does not get the proper celebration it deserves. So before we hang our mistltoe and trim our trees let’s take a minute and give thanks not only to the Pilgrims and Indians, but for the many blessings big and small.

In honor of thanksgiving, thank you to our family, friends and customers who lift us up and encourage us to follow our passion. You fuel our creativity bringing full circle our labor of love. We hope our table of love will inspire your table this holiday.
